Brandon began as an Insurance Underwriter for Philadelphia Insurance Company where he helped underwrite insurance policies for small businesses around the country.

Brandon transitioned to a financial role at J.P. Morgan as a Corporate Analyst where he reviewed company operations and created strategic plans to pursue cost savings and revenue drivers.

Later, Brandon became a Senior Private Equity Analyst at Leonidas Capital Partners where he worked on various purchases of companies up to $10M in EBITDA.
